Welcome to the Lease Management System (“the Platform”) operated by Technocrat Online Stores Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services. By using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
Customers are onboarded using their mobile phone number. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered number to verify your identity during registration and for sensitive account-related changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
The Platform provides a wallet feature integrated with a partner bank via a one-time virtual account number to facilitate wallet funding and payments. All wallet credits are processed through secure banking integrations. You agree to comply with any banking regulations and terms of our partner financial institutions. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
The Platform allows users to submit lease applications for available products or services, and track the approval, rejection, or cancellation status of their applications. Approval decisions are based on our internal evaluation criteria, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
You agree to provide accurate and updated personal and financial information, use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the functionality of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
We strive to keep the Platform accurate and available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary downtime.
All content, designs, and software on this Platform are the property of Technocrat Online Stores Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
Technocrat Online Stores Ltd. is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access to your account caused by your negligence, service interruptions, transaction failures, or delays caused by third parties, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lagos State.
